General Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jdbzk and any player who uses the website jdbzk.world and all related services. By accessing this website or using any of its services, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy ("Policy").

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the jdbzk.world website, its mobile applications, and all related services.
• "Player" / "User" refers to anyone who has registered an account and uses the platform.
• "Services" includes live casino, football betting, slots, esports, 3D lottery, and all other games and betting products offered through the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to cash rewards or free play credits granted by jdbzk to players.

Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Account Registration

Each player may only register one account to play on the platform. Running more than one account linked to the same player is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, they will be closed and the funds held in those accounts may be frozen.

2.2 Age Requirement

jdbzk services are intended only for adults aged 21+. Anyone under 21 may not open an account or use the services. If an account is found to have been opened using a false date of birth, it will be closed immediately and any winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, phone number and other details provided when registering an account must be accurate. jdbzk is not responsible for any loss resulting from deliberately false information. Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

2.4 Account Verification

jdbzk may request a player's National Registration Card (NRC), bank account details or other verification documents before processing a withdrawal or at any time. If a player does not cooperate with verification, the account may be suspended or closed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Payment methods currently accepted on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. There is no limit on the number of deposits you can make.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Players must use only their registered payment method for withdrawals; transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.

• A pending withdrawal request can be cancelled; cancelling returns the funds to the player's game account.
• jdbzk is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment provider.
• Funds that have not yet met the bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn — see Section 4 below.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Using the jdbzk platform for money laundering or any illegal fund transfers is strictly prohibited. Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jdbzk's welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. Examples —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 30,000 Ks → total 50,000 Ks; Wagering 30,000 × 20 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → bonus 300,000 Ks → total 720,000 Ks; Wagering 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited; only the player's original deposit can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once; claiming it again through multiple accounts is not allowed.
• Wagering with bonus funds counts only in the sections stated in the bonus terms — slots, live casino, football betting.
• jdbzk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

4.4 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is available according to VIP tier (Bronze to Diamond): Bronze 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum 1.2%, Diamond 1.5%. VIP tier increases based on play history. Cashback amounts and VIP terms may be adjusted by jdbzk with prior notice.

Player Responsibilities & Prohibitions

5.1 Strict Prohibitions

Players must never do any of the following —

• Creating duplicate accounts
• Using software, bots, VPNs or tools intended to breach the platform's policies
• Attempting to hack or exploit the platform's software
• Using self-created accounts to perform Referrals for bonus purposes without going through the six referral levels
• Colluding with other players (Collusion)
• Any conduct that damages the reputation of the platform

If any of these violations are found, jdbzk reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice, and to place a hold on funds in the account for the duration of the investigation.

5.2 Personal Responsibility for Losses

Players must understand in advance that losses can occur in gameplay. jdbzk is not responsible for any individual player's losses — players must acknowledge for themselves that they should not play unless they can afford to lose.

Service Termination and Account Closure

6.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their account at any time of their choosing. Any remaining balance with a fully completed Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn before closure. Contact us via 24/7 Live Chat to request account closure.

6.2 Termination by jdbzk

If the prohibitions in Section 5 are violated, or if suspicious activity related to money laundering is detected, jdbzk may suspend service without prior notice. If the investigation concludes with no violation found, any funds that were placed on hold will be returned.

6.3 Clauses That Remain in Effect After Service Termination

The Privacy clause, the Anti-Money Laundering clause, and the Limitation of Liability clause remain in effect after account closure and continue to be protected by law.

Service Availability and Technical Limitations

7.1 Service Uptime

jdbzk strives to provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, players acknowledge and agree that service may be temporarily interrupted due to server maintenance, technical upgrades, or unexpected technical issues.

7.2 Network Connectivity

If a game cannot be resolved or a discrepancy in funds occurs due to a player's internet connection failure, jdbzk's server records will be used to make the final determination, and that decision is final.

7.3 Software Agreement

jdbzk's proprietary platform software and games are the intellectual property of jdbzk. Copying, modifying, or distributing this software is strictly prohibited.

Personal Data and Security

jdbzk uses SSL encryption technology to protect players' personal information. Information provided by players may only be shared with any third party where legally required to do so.

9.1 Acknowledgement of Possible Losses
